Classroom Licence Policy
Thank you for using Reggie & co printables in your classroom! This page explains what is and isn't permitted under our personal and classroom licences.
Personal Licence (included with every purchase)
Our standard products are sold under a personal use licence. This means:
- ✅ You may print the resource for your own child or children at home
- ✅ You may reprint as many times as you need for personal use
- ❌ You may not share the digital file with others
- ❌ You may not use the resource in a classroom, school, or group setting
- ❌ You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the file online
Classroom Licence (£5.99 per resource)
A classroom licence covers use by one teacher with their class (up to 30 pupils). This means:
- ✅ Print and distribute to pupils in your class
- ✅ Display on a classroom screen or whiteboard
- ✅ Reprint each academic year for your class
- ❌ You may not share the digital file with other teachers or staff
- ❌ You may not upload to school platforms or shared drives accessible by others
Whole School Licence (£9.99 per resource)
A whole school licence covers unlimited staff at a single school site. This means:
- ✅ All teachers and staff at your school may print and use the resource
- ✅ Can be saved to a school-wide shared drive for staff access
- ✅ Reprint each academic year
- ❌ You may not share with other schools or external parties
- ❌ You may not resell or redistribute the file
Need a Multi-School or MAT Licence?
If you're purchasing for a Multi-Academy Trust or multiple school sites, please get in touch and we'll arrange a custom licence for you.
