Digital Products — No Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Before your download begins, you are asked to confirm that you agree to immediate supply of the digital content and that you understand you will lose your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download starts. By ticking this box at checkout, you expressly waive that right.

Technical Issues If you experience a problem with your download — such as a corrupted file or a broken link — please contact us at Hello@reggieandco.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. We will either resend the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Accidental Purchases If you contact us before downloading the file, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
