Digital Products — No Refunds After Download Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

Technical Issues If you experience a problem with your download — such as a corrupted file or a broken link — please contact us at Hello@reggieandco.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. We will either resend the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Accidental Purchases If you contact us before downloading the file, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
