Digital Delivery & Downloading Guide
How does digital delivery work?
All products in our store are instant digital downloads — there is nothing physical to post and no waiting around. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are ready to download immediately.
There are no delivery fees and no waiting for a parcel. Everything is delivered digitally, straight to you.
How do I get my files?
- Complete your purchase at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Shopify containing a download link.
- Click the link to download your files — you can also access them any time from your order confirmation page.
What file types will I receive?
All of our printables are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print at home or at your local print shop.
Can I print them at home?
Yes! Simply open the PDF on your device and print using your home printer. For best results, we recommend printing on A4 paper using the “fit to page” setting.
How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files as many times as you need. Your download link is available in your order confirmation email and in your Shopify account.
I can't find my download link — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we'll get it sorted for you quickly.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital files that are available immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we're always happy to help.
